Harness the power of light-based nutrition, practice cold thermogenesis and skin in the game health coaching to become cold adapted and be your best version this winter. 
Embrace the season with mind bending education in health, spirituality and winter survival skills, while glamping in cold adapting style, and maybe have magical experiences of snowshoeing / or walking in the dark (with to Mother Nature's permission)
Light up your Holiday Season by igniting your light from within.  Learn in Action with Us at Harmony Homestead located off grid in Blezard Valley 10 min from Val Caron.
We will practice cold thermogenesis to activate your body's ability to generate heat. Your shivering (a good thing) makes your mitochondria release infra-red light  (heat) to warm your body.
 YOU HAVE THE CHOICE THIS TIME TO JOIN A SINGLE DAY EVENT (Saturday or Sunday) or you can book the full exprience of the full retreat event.

LIVE IN TWO DAY RETREAT with communal dome accomodations and activities. 

 ITINERARY is as follow for the event:

SATURDAY:

8:30 AM   GUEST WILL MEET HOSTS AT NEARBY LOCATION BY VEHICLE TO MEET & GREET ( BLEZARD VALLEY AREA / LUMSDEN RD.)  Participants MUST sign release of liability & Assumption of risk Waivers.  After everyone has arrived and handed in their required forms we will all follow in caravan the host vehicle to the retreat location within 5 mins of meeting area.  ( location to be given upon booking ).  Upon arrival everyone will be directed to places to park and then we will have a quick introduction by the hosts.   Following that we will all go into one of our domes to coffee or tea and take our seats in our energy healing dome for our first presentation and dive right inn.   
9:00 - 9:50 / 1030  Scalar Biofeedback for those attending at least 2 days others will be occupied with some health & healing information and casual presentations while one by one people receive their scans ( topics such as untold story of water, healing is voltage, emotions and body & teeth connection, energy centers of the body and more...)
10:00 / 1030 AM: Presentation#1: THE LIGHT CONNECTION & THE HUMAN BODY 
12:00 PM: Break Time ( light lunch finger foods & refreshments provided / Q&A / Set up for Treatment
1:00 PM:  Lymphatic Boost Mini Treatment / Microcurrent spot Treatments / group interactive with talk, observe, watch and learn exprience
2:00 PM: Presentation#2: THE LIGHT STORY 
4:00 PM: Presentation#3: Lymphatic System - The Fountain of Youth
5:00 PM:   PARTICIPANTS THAT JOINED THE DAY EVENT ONLY WILL BRING THEIR DAY TO AND END and one of the hosts will see everyone off & answer any questions anyone might have.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK WAIVER.  THIS LEGAL PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED BY OUR COMPANY TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR EVENTS.
