Embrace the season with mind bending education in health, spirituality and winter survival skills, while glamping in cold adapting style, and maybe have magical experiences of snowshoeing / or walking in the dark (with to Mother Nature's permission)

We will practice cold thermogenesis to activate your body's ability to generate heat. Your shivering (a good thing) makes your mitochondria release infra-red light (heat) to warm your body.
YOU HAVE THE CHOICE THIS TIME TO JOIN A SINGLE DAY EVENT (Saturday or Sunday) or you can book the full exprience of the full retreat event.
SUNDAY:
7:00 - 8:00 AM: Sungazing (light snack breakfast with tea or coffee)
830 AM: DAY TWO GUEST ARE MET ON LUMSDEN ROAD AND ESCORTED TO RETREAT & PAPERWORK COLLECTED
9:00 - 10:00 AM: NATURE WALK TO NEARBY AREA TO DO GROUP FOREST MEDITATION and connect with nature event. Get some fresh air, awaken, reset, gratitude and energy reset for the day. We then return to the dome healing room for our first teaching of the day.
10:30 AM: Presentation#4: Circle of Life Part 2: Death and Rebirth, in relation to Nature, Human Medicine,
12:00 PM: Break Time light lunch finger foods and refreshments / Q&A / Set up for Treatment
1:00 PM: Lymphatic Boost Mini Treatment / Microcurrent spot Treatment
2:00 PM: Presentation#5: Nature Walk/Presentation: ACTIVATING THE FIRE WITHIN (LEGEND OF FIRE)
4:00 PM-530PM: Nature Walk/Presentation: ACTIVATING THE FIRE WITHIN (LEGEND OF FIRE)
Communal FIRE - Personal Journey Sharing/Reflection/Dream(s) Recap and closing ceremony for our event. Following this guest will be free to leave and will be guided and seen off by the hosts.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK WAIVER. THIS LEGAL PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED BY OUR COMPANY TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR EVENTS.
